Individuals who have previously received a scholarship from DSF may not be eligible

Individuals who receive scholarships must be able to attend the 2015 Unity Award Dinner on December 1, 2015, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Failure to attend through award presentation at the conclusion of the program may result in forfeiture of the scholarship
